How can we book you to plan our event?

Please fill out our inquiry sheet under the contact tab and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Or send us an email at clementinecactusco@gmail.com. 

After we receive your inquiry, we will be in contact via your preferred method and we will gather any further information from you that we may need.

To move forward, we’ll send you a detailed proposal that is tailored to your specific needs and event.

Once you review and approve of the proposal, we will send you over a contract/service agreement for you to sign (20% deposit-booking fee).

After receiving your contract and deposit, a shareable document is created to begin logging notes, communication and details. Let the magic begin!

What does an event planner do?

An event planner is responsible for coordinating all aspects of an event, ensuring it runs smoothly and meeting all you expectations that we plan together. Our role encompasses initial client consultations, where we gather requirements and preferences, followed by meticulously creative planning and organization of venues, vendors, catering, entertainment, and logistics. Clementine Cactus Co. will manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle timelines to ensure everything stays on track. We will also troubleshoot issues as they arise, provide creative solutions, and oversee setup and execution on the day of the event to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests alike. Ultimately, an event planner's goal is to bring your vision to life while alleviating the stress associated with organizing a successful event. It is important to us that you feel like a guest at your own event. Let us take the stress off your shoulders!

Will you work with vendors that I have already found and people I want to work with?

Absolutely! While we have many resources of hand selected vendors that we value and trust, we see it as a window of opportunity to gain new resources in the industry and we love working with new vendors and getting to know and seeing how they work. Working with vendors is always a team effort and we love to meet and collaborate with new team members!

How long have you been planning events?

Kelsey and Lindsay over 20 years of combined experience planning events. Being our friends and family go-to party planner, we excitedly launched Clementine Cactus Co. in 2024 to help create and coordinate even more special occasions! Is there anything an event coordinator, like Clementine Cactus Co, doesn’t do?

For a detailed list of what’s included in our event packages, please visit our Services page. There are a few things that simply are not the most efficient use of our skills or expertise. Including but not limited to, ladder work over 8’, moving objects over 50lbs, picking up your dry cleaning, or breaking the news to your niece that her boyfriend isn’t invited. We prioritize our safety and time. When choosing to partner with Clementine Cactus Co., you hire us to plan an amazing event, not run errands or do extreme physical labor. We appreciate every client who respects these boundaries and takes advantage of our skillset in its intended scope!
